- The educational goal of the general courses are to raise freshmen to possess fine nature and knowledge that are well matched for global citizen, and to have the judgement along with the morality that are asked in the informational society, in to become the talented student who are a member of the municipal university of Seoul city, thus contributing to the elevation of life and culture of citizens of Seoul.
